Blueberry Delight Smoothie – it’s purple and it’s amaz-balls! There is no better way to start the day than with a massive pop of colour to put a smile on your dial.
This fun little drink is dairy-free, paleo friendly and packed full of healthy antioxidants. It’s super quick, easy and is great for a breakfast on the go or a snack any time of the day.
Oh and I got to use my fresh home-made Almond Milk. If you want to make your own Almond Milk, follow the link, but you can use store bought if you prefer.
Now, don’t fret if you prefer to drink cow’s milk, no problem, just substitute the Almond Milk and bob’s your uncle! It still tastes fantastic, the choice is yours. Obviously, if you choose this option, then it is no longer paleo friendly or dairy-free.
Whatever milk you choose, it is seriously tasty and the use of Oats, Banana and Almonds means you won’t be starving in five minutes time. The best part, you don’t have to wait for Blueberries to be in season, you can use them frozen, so you can get a purple boost year round!

Storage:
- I personally wouldn’t store this. It is my preference to make it fresh when needed.
