Chimmichurri Sauce – this garlicky yet fragrant Argentinian green sauce is a great accompaniment to barbeque or grilled meats.

Chimmichurri Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh corriander leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1 medium onion roughly chopped
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic roughly chopped
- pinch chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Instructions

Get your food processor or stick mixer ready and then roughly chop your onion and garlic and set aside.

Place in your food processor bowl; Coriander, Parsley, Onion, Lemon Juice, White Wine Vinegar, Garlic, Chilli flakes, Salt and Pepper.

Pulse until roughly chopped.

Add half the Olive Oil to the food processor and process for a 30-40 seconds.

Add the remaining Olive Oil to the bowl.

Process until semi-smooth.

Once done, transfer to a serving bowl.

Step by Step Instructions:
Step 1:

Place in your food processor bowl; Coriander, Parsley, Onion, Lemon Juice, White Wine Vinegar, Garlic, Chilli flakes, Salt and Pepper.
Step 3:
Pulse until roughly chopped.
Step 4:
Add half the Olive Oil to the food processor and process for a 30-40 seconds.
Step 5:
Add the remaining Olive Oil to the bowl.
Step 6:
Process until semi-smooth.
Once done, transfer to a serving bowl.
Storage:
- Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to a week.
