Sesame & Poppy Seed Miso Chicken – this Japanese inspired dish came about as I had some Miso Soup Paste in the cupboard. Not really knowing what to do with it, I decided to make it in to a marinade and to be honest, I’m glad I did.
This dish is perfect if you want something that is very tasty, light, filling and different. I will definitely be making this again!
